Attention: 18.09.2025 - Transition to new Daimler Truck IAM system from September 25. to 29.

On September 29, 2025, Daimler Truck will launch its new identity management system: Business ID. From September 25 to 28, there will be a transition period. During this time, no changes can be made to user accounts.

What This Means for You:
  • ✔ You will not be able to create new users or purchase new time slices and time credits during this period.
  • ✔ To ensure uninterrupted access to your purchased RMI-products, any time slices ending during the freeze period will be automatically extended until October 13 – free of charge.
  • ✔ Starting September 30, creation of new users and purchases of time slices for RMI-products will resume regular availability.
